Help with mission/world editor

    Alright, this is my first ever thread post (or whatever the technical name is) on anything,so take this down if I did something wrong or if this is an obvious answer or something. But I'm trying to use world editor to place a Gavril Roamer frame on a dune buggy. The roamer model is called TSStatic and I cant get it to attach to the dune buggy body. I've changed its size and moved into position, how do I activate the physics to put the frame on the buggy. Sorry for being a n00b but I looked everwhere for an answer and I couldn't find one. I hope the picture helps
