Help with my map

My controller no longer steers the car if I reset the car or choose a different car in the car selector, I dont know how this just started happening becuase I didnt play the game for about a day, with no other updates or modifying of the level it just started happening that is why i cannot track it down because it has no basis. What files should I look at to track down the problem?

I cleared the cache how do I run game cleanup? also I reinstalled and still have the same issue. The issue is only the xbox360 controller, the keyboard still controls the vehicle but the controller no longer control the steering.
