    so I restarted my computer and forgot to backup all my stuff and I don't know how to download beam ng again plz help/

    From which store did you buy BeamNG?
    If from Steam, simply reinstall Steam, login to your account and BeamNG will be there.
    If from Humble Bundle, go to their site, login and redownload it from there.
    If from FastSpring (our old store), you have to contact our support and we will provide you with a Steam Key: https://support.beamng.com/
