    1. We can't precisely see what exactly is wrong, is it the engine, or the paint?
    2. Can you describe anything else about this bug?
    3. Have you been recently messing around with skins for that vehicle/downloaded any recently?
    4. Does this happen on any other vehicles?

    At first i though you meant there was a REAL Bug on your hood

    But I'm not too sure, if you where modding it, could be something you did wrong

    If it's a mod you downloaded, send a link?

    I suppose the engine is displaced and is under the vehicle? Does this happen when the vehicle isn't damaged?
