traffic spawns but does not move

 

Broken mod - driver assistance.

 

I'm having the same issue and I don't even have that mod installed.

 

You either have an old version of the driver assistance mod, or some shady modland car mod that has it included.
Try to find the extrautils.lua file with windows search

 

this was how I solved problem.
theres shitty modland mod that includes that mod, JinPrssnr was right
how to find is check every mod that has "lua" folder, and if is there angelo234's driver assistance and camera mod is in there, delete that mod itself.
