I noticed one spot where the collision surface is on the wrong side of the fence, so its possible to drive through it, but not back onto the track 3826x974 is the area. Oh that wont really help as the track is all one object. Screenshot with the gap in the fence might help point out where on map collision is backwards, the left hand piece is the end of the borked bit, the right hand piece is fine. The other screenshot shows the angle that the car respawns at, might be able to navigate in game based on that...
