Hey guys! I'm a pretty new Youtuber on the BeamNG Sky and created something that I hope you will indeed enjoy. 5 Weeks in the making and over 100 cars involved, this Extreme Highway Chase scene was quite a challenge. In particular the CGI Explosion. What do you think? I'd love to get some feedback )
An incredible video! Everything was choreographed really well and it made for a very impressive chase. I'd say the CGI explosion fits in at some points but other times feel out of place. What I'm trying to figure out is how the hell you made that final scene run so smoothly! It looked like there were at LEAST 25 cars involved and I just want to know how you managed to run it at all. Overall, incredible work!! Also, do you have any pics of the aftermath of that last scene?
Im so glad you're back. As I already told you, your dric3r crash compilation inspired me to make my first beamng movie on matrix freeway, with matrix music. And your new video is just soooo good!
I'll say; it's the most coolest BeamNG video I've ever seen. SFX, camera angles, the "story" were the perfect combination for BeamNG video like this. I could watch this again and again, just like FrIzErIs's video because he is good at doing movies like this (sadly the conversation were using text not like in this video). I definitely wanting more videos like this from you! And yeah.... When FrIzErIs do a collab with you (Crash Frontier), it will take BeamNG video to a next level; BeamNG.drive; THE REAL MOVIE That's only the thing i could say.... Keep the good work bro!
I remember being completely and utterly blown away by this when I first saw it a month ago. It's as if H.B. Halicki, Hermann Joha1 and Michael Bay collaborated to create the most bombastic and over the top chase sequence in the world. It certainly looks very cinematic, the editing is sharp and the carnage is clearly visible (unlike the Ritter and Jaeger era of Cobra 11) which is commendable. The Geisterfahrer sequence in the latter half of the video is especially satisfying (why didn't the cops move to the shoulder lane to avoid the oncoming traffic like how the cops in the Matrix 2 chase did?). And the ending ... Exquisite. Didn't notice the CGI explosion until now. Unfortunately, I now can't unsee it . I assume the driver of the ramp truck didn't survive. Or did he? Definitely looking forward to more. Can we expect to get a story to follow? 1 The mastermind behind Cobra 11.
Oh you can't access the embedded video? I just tried it myself. And it didn't work either. That's weird. --- Post updated --- There will be a new movie with a new setting. It's a tribute to my favourite secret agent movies, so unfortunately no sequel of Highway Hell as for now. I wasn't aware of the Script AI yet, that's why the police cars aren't so "intelligent" And as for the embedded video. Do you mean that you can't access the video through the forum here? I just tried it myself and it didn't work either. I'll post the video here one more time to see if it works. Hmm. So i just checked and the embedded video didn't work on my desktoop.. I wonder why that may be. When checking the health report of the video in YT, it says that i can be shown to everyone worldwide. UPDATE: Found the problem, for me at least. I was able access the embedded video through mobile, and through a different browser as well as the Incognito mode on firefox. Meaning, that one of my plugins on Firefox caused the bug with the embedded video being shown as "not available". Phew I'm relieved.
