Hirochi Sunburst Turn Signal Texture is off

This has been happening for a while now but I thought they would have fixed it by now or noticed it but, I took a screenshot of it. (Cleared Cache and mods disabled.)

 

Seems like it is a reflection. Let me check if I have that too.
UPDATE:
Nope, it is normal for me.
Have you tried re-installing your game?
If clearing cache and disabling mods I think it might be on the car's texture side. Just an assumption.

 

Hm. It's been like that for me for a long time now but I paid no attention to it. I've went through a few computers since then. I'll do a reinstall though.

I reinstalled the game and deleted everything out of the folders after the uninstall, but the problem is still there.
