Hopper ideas.

1. I think it would be a interesting idea if depending on the interior color of the hopper, it could have a spare wheel cover as the same color.
2. I also think it would be interesting if there could be animated soft top, and judging by @mike94s functioning satsuma convertable, it could be possible.

Umm.. Is there such thing? There aren't any Convertible Satsumas in the game. Or is it? Except, if you "Functioning Satsuma", convertible (< refering to thee Hopper)..
