How are thrusters made?

    A thrusters config pack was made earlier and is compatible with all default vehicles.

    How did they make it?

    Is it possible to make it available for downloaded vehicles?

    To make it for all vehicles you would have to find the forward most middle frame node and the rear most middle frame node, if the forward most middle node is f1 and the rear most middle node is f30 then your thruster code will look like this:

    you can also use thrusters to sort of steer a car, for example to steer left you setup your thrusters in a unique way. if your left most / front most frame node is f4ll and your right most / front most frame node is f4rr then your code would look like this:

    This would allow for a right turn

    there are many unique uses for a thruster, for example I use thruster to roll test my vehicles, I add thrusters to the roof of the vehicle, get up to speed, pull the e-brake to slide sidways and hit the thrusters to create a smooth overturn that results in an excellent barrel roll of at least 12-15 rolls. Another usage case is a hover car, setting up thrusters in the right mannor and placement can make a hover car out of just about any vehicle in beamNG.

    set the trigger to be either "throttle" or some other key such as "T"
    The trigger is the key pressed to activate the thruster so choose wisely

    In order to start using it you must unpack the vehicles to folder format and use a program like notepad++ to add thrusters to the frame code.
