I own a MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2GB VRAM
I get around 20 FPS on Virtual City by Nadeox 1 <3
But on a normal map like Jungle rock, I run on max settings with around 12-17 FPS and I played with the settings and for some reason even on the lowest settings i achieve maybe 15-20 FPS. I am looking to buy a new GPU but I just don't have the cash right now.

I'm also saving up for a

I think you need a new mainboard as well. How much money can you spend?

Looking for a job to help pay for most of these parts but I'm waiting for the summer to start actually working. What do I really need to have BeamNG around 40-60FPS if its possible.

I want mostly it to be gaming parts since I run GTA 5 with no problems. I own a 24inch Monitor with that i use for my desktop that has 60Hz and 1980x1080P its a sony Playstation Tv.

H81/H87-series Mainboard and i5-4460 might be great if you're on some kind of budget. I can't recommend anything else though, really. You can use your old RAM on it if you take those, by the way.

Ok, So what will actually work with my PC. I seriously need help because this is my first gaming rig that I got for $250 and I wanted something that could handle BeamNG.Drive mostly. But it works with 1 car i get around 30fps on Nadeox1's new map but with 2 i get around 15FPS. I need help picking out all the parts that will actually make my PC be able to run BeamNG with maybe 40-60 FPS but for maybe under $150-$250
Somewhere under $150 or $250 is what I'm looking for.

The i5 you can get for $200 on Amazon. The Mainboard for $50, although that might just be a bit too low end. For more information, wait for @BlueScreen to show up.
No idea why you have a water cooling on an old q8200...

Well, Time to start working hard after school is out and I'm able to actually (hopefully) have a job that ears me enough to buy these parts during the summer.

You need a new CPU. You'll also need a new board and new RAM since you're running an 8 year old platform (LGA775, DDR2).
What's your upgrade budget? As said before an entry level i5 is a great choice, anything cheaper isn't really future proof and you'll find yourself upgrading in 1-2 years.

You can get an i5-4460, ASUS H81-E mainboard and 8GB of RAM for $260: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/F8VbwP

I've used an Asus H81-K on a recent build (not a gaming PC, just a media/office machine). It's a decent board if you don't need a lot of features. It is very limited, there's only 1 PCI-E x16 slot and no x8/x4 (only x1), only 2 SATA ports are 6 Gbps, and it only has 2 DIMM slots. But build quality is good, it's got a good BIOS and it works.

Just one thing, on that budget, stick to Asus boards. MSI, Gigabyte and ASrock use cheaper components in order to lower costs, while Asus removes features but keeps the better quality parts. This results in other brands having cheap boards that seem better on paper but are very unreliable.

If you say so. I was just afraid if the budget Mainboards might just all be low quality. I'm glad Asus has proven being good again.
No, really. Would go with Asus on any budget.

You really only need a CPU and motherboard. You have a good graphics card and can use your case, RAM and PSU.

Since you have DDR3 memory (checked again, forgot DDR3 on C2Q was a thing), you only need a board and CPU which you can get for $230: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WW266h

You can't use your current CPU in that new motherboard. It's a different socket.

Iv'e recently been looking at building a high spec pc for a good price, 1500 euro was the best price I got for something that suited me, in order to have something that's going to run current games coming up on high settings, although I don't have the specs anymore since I was just curiously checking.

Anyway with your setup, just aim for at least an intel i7 processor and you're good to go for most upcoming games, on a medium setting and such.
AMD makes processors that are cheaper than intel, just as good, although I don't know much about them

I'd advise against AMD processors for BeamNG.drive. They just aren't that good at running it.
