   Every time I try to make any vehicle, even if it is a mod or not it just explodes. I tried doing everything step by step like: setting breaking and deformation scale to 100 and damping to minimum. Am I doing something wrong and am I missing anything?

   The mod is not very reliable in the resizing aspect. It only works on some cars, it's not very stable with most wheels. It's a game limitation. This mod is more reliable https://www.beamng.com/resources/resizable-etk-800.21476/ but it only works with one car specifically made for it
