How can I edit building 3D Model on West Coast USA?

    I am trying to edit this building in order to open the door so it is possible to drive inside the dealership here in West Coast USA but I am not sure how.

    I was able to open the model in blender but I have never used it in my life and it took me a while just to figure out how to move my camera so I couldn't figure out how to do it in the end.
