How can I get back the round car menu?

Hello. I have a little problem.
Whenever you press escape, this round menu appears in the middle of the screen and the sidebar on the left. As of today, however, this round menu no longer appears. Only the sidebar appears. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

 

On the sidebar there is a menu called "apps"

Go into the apps menu and search for the app called "radial menu"

Click on that and position/size it as you wish
