How can I get the location of props on a mesh so I can put in in the JBeam files?
For example, the steering wheel has baseTranslation:
    {"baseTranslation":{"x":-4,"y":2,"z":0}},],
How can I find out the position of my steering wheel mesh in blender in order to apply it in the JBeam?

I'm talking about how to do it with the mesh that's already there.

    -0.36399
    -0.23963
    0.86619

Set origin in Blender, and the result is...

If you already have it placed correctly in blender like you have in that screenshot then the basetranslation in the jbeam should be 0,0,0. it should not be rotated (angled to match the steering column angle) in blender though. In order to have it rotate correctly with the steering input you need to have it not rotated in blender and set the baserotation in the jbeam to get the angle correct.
