So, to give Aurora Park a break, I'm starting my next project. I want to make a WCUSA 2.0 and I need to model a corner of my terrain to be exactly as the original was. My new terrain will be 8k x 8k, so its much larger and will be alot cooler when I'm done. How can I do this? Align mesh doesn't work with a terrain block, so what can I do? can I make the wcusa terrain a mesh somehow?

well you could just check the original offset for WCUSA. Using some maths you could figure out what that offset needs to be on your new map

How do I do that? I have a large terrain I'm using, I just need to have part of that terrain modeled exactly as and where wcusa is so i wont have to mess with anything in that area of my map.

Are you planning to include the whole WCUSA in one corner of your big terrain so with the backdrop that'll eat 3x3 km of it? Like this:

Maybe overlap just a portion of the backdrop and align it with the terrain and leave the big buildings there for the skyline? More land for you to build new stuff.

You could use the export heightmap, and put this in the corner of your map's heightmap. Should work well enough. It will just be the shape though, you'd have to do more to have the detail come with it.
