How can I save maps with vehicles, road signs?

I want to save deployable objects in maps.
I downloaded the map "gas station test level" where you load in and road signs are already placed. They count as vehicles in the world editor and you can destroy them.

 

In the inspector menu, you have an option that says: "Can save" and if you check it, if you save level they're save in their place too.
