How do i Add Yellow EU License Plates to modded cars

hi guys, i have a lot of mods downloaded and many of them only include the normal white EU plates, for me being English myself i would prefer for these plates to be yellow EU plates and for this i just need to know how to add the yellow EU plate onto the cars

I have a mod for multi region plates which I enjoy very much when it works properly, but on some mods you cannot always select a yellow rear plate which is a) unrealistic & b) illegal.
