I have installed a new GPU (Msi Rx580 8GB), but Beamng still uses the Intel GPU. Minecraft for example uses the Rx580.
    How can I change that?

    Windows 7
    Beamng.drive Version 0.17.1.0

Where have you plugged your monitor? Have you tried disabling the integrated graphics in bios?

If it's a desktop PC, make sure the monitor the game it's using is actually plugged to your RX580 video ports, and not the motherboard's video port.

From the Main Menu, go to Help > Performance.
Which GPU shows up in the list?

If you have the RX580 Installed correctly - plugging the HDMI cable into the GPU should automatically disable the IGPU - Although with my GTX1050ti - I had to manually disable my IGPU in the bios seemingly to do with a conflict with my version of windows (at the time back in December 2017) but works fine now.

You say it uses the RX580 on Minecraft - Do you have a Single monitor or multiple? I say that because if you do have more than one monitor, the pc might be using the GPU with the least usage, maybe due to overloading with other applications (check task manager) - or try the bios switch if it doesn't seem obvious.
