How do i install mods?

    I know I have the page how to install mods but I wanted to install one manually but I can not. And it does not appear when I put it in the mods folder.

    Did i do something wrong?
    I even compact the mod folder but I still can not install it.


    Or can not install mods outside of the mods repository?​
