how do i make a car mod????

i have no idea how to make a car mod, i want to make some good stuff for the people but i just do not know how
if you know how, teach me, if you do, +100000 respect
and if nobody helps, i can just ask someone if they can make my ideas come to life

These are two essential parts of modding, especially with complicated things such as standalone vehicle mods. Working your way up is always a good recommendation, so start off with the easy stuff and one day you will have enough knowledge to work on a vehicle mod.

To make stuff work your definitely donna need lua knowledge unfortunately... although there would be plenty of tutorials you could watch.
