How do I make paint schemes.

    The Gavril Grand Marshal has a police paint. How can I make my own for other cars?

    In the cars files I can copy the texture and draw on it, but I want to be able to choose from my new paint scheme in-game like the Grand Marshal.

    Does anyone know how?
