How do I spawn simplified traffic?

    Hi there, with the new update, I was wanting to spawn simplified traffic. I have a pretty beefy PC, so I should be able to spawn a lot of cars, but I have the simplified traffic setting on and it only spawns a few cars and I lose around 20 fps. Thanks!
