How do i start Beamng in Vulkan mode with steam launchoptions

I just wanna know how to start the game in vulkan mode with the steam launchoptions, i know i also can do that in the window that usually opens but i wanna do this instead, also how do i set the game to high priority with the launchoptions.
If anyone else knows some launchoption lines that also might improve performance please tell me.
