How do I update/redownload? Haven't played in about 2 years

Hi, how can I update or redownload BeamNGdrive? I bought the full version of this game about 2+ years ago and it hasn't been updated since, it is version 0.3.0.5. My pc that it was on stopped working and I finally got it fixed. When I try to click on the update.exe.old (that's what it's called) it just says windows cannot open this file. So is there any way I can update or redownload BeamNGdrive? Because I already bought it I don't want to have to buy it again.

You should have received on your email box, a key for the Steam version of beamng, the old "Update.Exe" thing no more working.
