How do the vehicles react to extreme deformation?

From the two videos you posted, we can see that these cars deform very realistically. It's definitely a step up from Rigs of Rods. I remember I used to love wrecking cars into walls and off of huge jumps. The only thing I didn't like was the more extreme scenarios, like driving cars off of the map "Mt. Everest" or crashing into a wall at 200mph. Most of the cars (even the best) would form large black lines and have glitching panels and bumpers. Will BeamNG be any different? Have you tested some of the vehicles on a more extreme level yet? I just hope that when I get the game, I can see a difference between this and RoR for extreme deformation.

I just hope that some parts, like the engine for instance, won't go flattened after a crash such as this you mentioned...

Engine blocks are all simulated as a (relatively) undeformable box. So they don't get squished flat.

In the first video with the d15 it looked as if the engine block was moving around, is it possible for the engine to fly out after a major crash?

That would look so cool! I'm glad the engine doesn't flatten out. It will make the crashes way more realistic.
