How do you centre things in 3DS Max?

    How do you centre things in 3DS Max?
    When I put all the values to 0, this happens.

    You mean centering the origin point if the meshes don't line up in game? Select the objects, then Hierarchy tab, Affect Pivot Only, set the coordinates to 0. If the pivot is rotated, Align to World. Probably need to Reset XForm from the Utilities tab after those.

    After that, move the vertices or polygons in the object, not the whole object. That way you don't need to do all this again.

    On the hierarchy tab click affect pivot only and set it to 0. Max goes a bit funny when you mirror stuff though so you might want to try the xform modifier. That resets the axis of everything including trhe speedo needles and stuff which you will have to reset by hand.
