With the mod itself and not with all cars.

Each camera has an x,y,z position, a FOV (field of view) and six nodes on the vehicle it attaches to. Just change the x,y,z to move it, if you move it by a large amount consider choosing different nodes, you want your six nodes to surround the camera position rather than all be far infront or behind it.
