How do you flood ECA

on the roleplay forum i have found eca flooded how do you do it

 

Use the river tool

 

1) open game, load level you want to raise water
2) press f11
3) press f1
4) in the scene tree search for(by typing in search box or scrolling through) "ocean". On official maps its usually under the folder water
5) make sure you have the move tool selected in the left toolbar(2nd tool in the bar, top to bottom)
6) move camera(shift c) until you find the arrows for the water( i usually go up, and then do turn the camera in a circle)
7) left click and drag the blue arrow untill water is at desired height

yes it can move them, but its easier to just raise the ocean.
