How do you guys take quality pictures ingame?

Guys, I want to ask how do you take so beautiful pictures ingame? Also, how do you remove the ingame UI when taking a pic, because removing panels one by one and then adding them one by one again would be a pain? I use the Steam F12 screenshot button, but they look awful, here is an example:

Shift u removes GUI , to make pics look good , bring up the menu , effects and lower FOV .
and ctrl-p to make pictures , to make highres pictures , alt p in windowed mode .
