How do you make dramatic car crashes and pileups?

Hello everyone, i was just wondering how do you make dramatic car crashes and pileups? Cause im terrible at making crashes and i would like to learn some more skill to crashes in beamng drive. Can someone teach me? Thanks!!

 

It's literally impossible to be bad at crashing. Take a car, go full throttle, and head straight for a wall, car, etc.

 

While flooring the car, press J to pause physics, then press tab to switch to other car, press J to unpause and repeat as many times as you have vehicles.

To make even more chaos, you can use alt and down arrow to slow down time, alt+up arrow restores normal time, while left and right adjust the speed of slomotion.

You can then record video at slow motion, which you can speed up in video editor, this allows to crash more cars.

 

What about what FrizErls did with the dramatic crashes and pileups in his beamng drive movie episodes? How does he do that?

That is really fun idea, now do that with destructible gas station and 6 AI semis and we are getting some Duck kind of quality fun. (old truck movie)

 

So basically your conclusion is that when the car is going at high speeds, pause the game, spawn another car or two in front of the speeding vehicle and see how it preforms?

 

First spawn all vehicles you need, and it is good to have throttle floored when pressing tab or j and tab, then throttle stays down and it seems to work better for spectacular crashes than coasting
