How do you rate a mod?

I have been trying to rate some mods but when I look at the review section it just has other reviews and nothing for me to write one.

Put your star rating into "Rate this resource" and after that it will prompt you to write a review.

Do it from the main mod page. The reviews section only lets you look at all the reviews.
