How do you slow AI down?

    So, I was wondering if there was a way to limit the AI's speed when set to "random", so you could have the AI driving regularly on the roads, instead of at 90 miles per hour. I was trying to simulate town traffic in the East Coast map, but all the cars are driving erratically.
