I remember when I first started playing this game, there were AI's to create awesome crashes, how do you use it?

Press ESC on your keyboard.
A menu should appear on the right. If you enabled "Advanced Fonction", it should be the 7th button.
Choose app> AI.
You should have an app on which you can activate modes such as "Chase", "Random" and "Flee". Just select one of the three while you are in the car you want the AI/bot to control.

Enabling_AI_Controlled_Vehicles

Can also be accessed via the 'Radial Menu' that should appear by default when you press the ESC button.
