I mean add Tailgate using Blender (or other program). Or I need to make it myself?

Thanks to multidae you wouldn't even have to open blender to get it to another car, but it wouldn't fit for sure so you would have to adjust it.
Requires both Blender and a bit jbeam knowledge.
