How i can control the toggle free cam?

I now how to navigate up and down and with the numpads, but how i can move it forward and backward?

 

If you press shift+c to access the camera you're talking about, you can use W A S D to move the camera around, provided your keybindings are untouched.

 

If i use wasd my car move on the gound not my cam

 

...which shouldnt be happening with default key bindings. Try resetting them, you probably accidentally deleted the camera ones while assinging WASD as car controls.
