How long does it take to clear your cache?

    Hi Y'all,
    I just hit the "clean cache" button and its been taking forever... it says 52,000+ files deleted so far... I've had this game since 0.11 and have never done this before... does it usually take a while and delete that many files?

    Depends on how big your userFolder is.
    More files, the longer it will take to index everything.

    Between 30 seconds (normally) and 2 minutes I'd say is reasonable.

    Also depends on how fast your hardware is. Slow HDD will take longer.

    Hi, I am currently clearing my cache and there are upwards of 220k files moved/deleted and it has taken about 15 minutes so far and it is still going. Is this normal? I believe I had around 100-120 mods downloaded.

    yes it's normal if your hard drive is trash and it's your first time cleaning it in years
