How to add a 3D model to the game?

I saw in many videos that people add 3D models to the game. Previously, this was done through the world editor and the library tab. Tell me, how can I add my 3D model in DAE format to any card now? Thanks.

 

Maby use blender to make it then export it to beamng

You would need to ask one of the map creators about importing a dae through the world editor as I couldn't find the option myself; not sure if they got rid of it or just hid it somewhere deep
