How to change AI traffic respawn factor?

    Can you change that value for a certain map and if how and is there possibility to change other random AI factors for a certain map?

    Basically when u launch game and start map in free roam that modified AI would work without hassle? :)

    Is it possible to make those AI cars to spawn very very close to player, but despawn far?
