How to change ground/sky color?

Firstly, I'm not asking this question because of the new update, I'm just asking about it in general (Meaning that I could've asked the question before the update). I've looked in world editor and found things such as roads, grass, sky, etc, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to change the colors of these in the world editor. I have no issue changing the color of the fog, cloud, or sunshine, however everything else I'm just lost. I can still change the color of the sky by adjusting the sunsky brightness, but it's limited, because not only does the color change but the brightness changes as well. And the colors you can change to with sunsky brightness depends on the initial color of the sky (you can only change to darker/brighter colors of the initial color of the sky). Do you still have to use the inspect window to fully change the color of these, because this is how I edited the fog, cloud, and sunshine's color, or do you have to do something else?
