How to change the image of a font for license plate? (Philippine License Plate)

New to this game...
So basically, i downloaded a Philippine License Plate pack mod, however i am trying to replace the font since it looks similar to US license plate mods.

This is the original image/font of the license plate preview:



And this is the font that i want to try to add (i will just scan the letters and remove the background):


Does anyone know how to do this? I want to improve the license plate pack to make it more realistic, and add a bit of extra registration stickers (the mod i downloaded has a 2014 registration sticker, i want to make another version with different stickers (i.e 2011-2013)
