Ok, let's get to point. I have a 2018 Dodge Demon Engine, and i want to make a custom engine that you can put in the Barstow. DETAILED EXAMPLE: When you select an engine, it shows that classic 423 CUI V8 Engine. I want to make it possible where you select the engine and it shows a 2018 Dodge Demon Engine. Is there any way possible on how to do that? If so, please tell me! If you need files, i got 'em! if you need pictures, i got 'em!
You need to define the new engine in a .jbeam file You can use one of the defined engine in barstow_engine.jbeam as a template. If you copy this file you need to give it a unique name and remove the other engines so you don't overwrite or duplicate the official ones. Then you just need to tweak all the attribute of the engine
just to avoid my confusion (on my side), what i read, my brain translated it as put the Demon Engine inside the car (in blender) and then export it as a .dae file, then import that into my mod, and then make a engine JBEAM For the engine, (the demon engine) and then when i open it into BeamNG, It shows the Demon Engine, and not the 423 CUI V8 Engine. --- Post updated --- UPDATE: Erm..Picture explains itself:
