How to find my uninstalled mods?

So I was playing beamNG and I accidentally uninstalled my mods and I can't remember the name of the mod that added the car I used, is there a way to check mods that were once downloaded?

um... describe it? I don't think there is a way, but I'd be happy to help if you can remember what it was.

if you manually uninstalled them maybe check your recycling bin?
if you uninstalled them through the game then idk how to help. Like slugfest said, it would be best to describe it
