How to fix my choppy horn audio

I've been playing BeamNG for a while now, and I've noticed how my audio (specifically the horn, something I use/love a lot) Is just very choppy, I've asked friends if they also have this problem, but they don't. I have also already my cleared cache, I only have three mods installed, I've turned off all my mods before, I've even went as far as to uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and nothing seems to work. I have also tried launching it in safe mode, nothing helped. If you guys have any solutions or ideas I can try, please let me know!

Yes, I was HOLDING my horn during the long pause. Again, it's not just the horn doing it, sometimes its also the world noises. It's on every car too, not just this one.
