How to i noclip/teleport cars :D

    SHIFT+C frees the camera from the car (this is called 'free-cam mode')
    Go to where you want with WASD keys to move the camera, holding shift while pressing WASD keys moves camera faster (like 5~10x faster)
    Get to where you want to be and press F7 near the ground (if too high, the car will fall and get damaged, press CTRL+R to reset the vehicle to fix)
    I think F8 also goes to free camera and back. I believe it's the same as SHIFT+C. this mode is a toggle, once to enter, again to leave free-cam.
    Press TAB to switch cars when you have multiple vehicles in play.
