How to install mods?

Can someone tell me how to install mods please

 

1. Download the mod you want
2. Extract it (with 7zip or winrar)
3. Go to game directory folder and there you will see map called "vehicles" and paste the extracted mod folder there...
for better understanding you can check whats inside the original vehicle folders, to know what should be your mod folder...

but there already was a lot of tutorials how to install mods
