Drop them in the folder listed below. Do not unzip them.
    C:\Users\your-user-name-here\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods\

^ and this is the reason we have users complaining their game doesn't work / their mods are missing. It's a no-no.

You should have it... It's created when you open the game.

I agree with Dummiesman and mumboking. What do you have in the location I described?

This actually does work for scenarios, for cars and levels on the other hand it doesn't. If you want to add cars and levels then you have to add them to the mod folder in your documents. If there is no mod folder then simply just create a mod folder.

I think that your reply doesn't make sense in the context of the thread.

If you go back to the top it actually does, he is asking where to put the scenarios. So I replied by letting the guy know that it does work if you do it how random dude said to do it. Then, I also explained to the people who commented and said that they didn't have a mod folder, I told them they can simply just make a mod folder.

I understand what you were saying now. :) When you quoted a post that said "It doesnt work for me" and started with "This actually works" it was confusing to me.
    1. While rand0m dude's advice is bad, it should actually work for all the types of mod you described. That's how official content is loaded.
    2. I have specifically avoided telling the OP (& people in general) to make a /mods/ folder. I'm not aware of any situation where the /mods/ folder is not automatically created. Creating another one somewhere isn't going to help anyone. If someone who happens to be looking in the wrong place "creates" a /mods/ folder in that wrong place it won't help them at all.

Oh I see. And I highly don't recommend putting the mods in the beamng.drive folder located under steam but its the only way the scenarios worked for me.

And as for creating the mod folder, I had to when i played the game but that was back around when the first mods started coming out so it could be way different now.

What are you talking about? Please don't do that. The correct instructions are in post #2 of this thread. For additional information please see post #1 in this thread - note that Nadeox1 specifically says that there is no reason to unpack mods. Unpack is the same as unzip. Don't do it.

Are you having problems with specific mods? Feel free to list them somewhere.

If you are replying to someone please use the "Reply" button so that we can tell what you're talking about. Since no-one was addressing you and your post is very vague it is difficult to guess exactly what you are trying to tell us. All you've done in your post is talk about unzipping (which is a no-no since you don't need to do it) and used a relative path rather than an absolute path (which is not useful because your relative path could be starting in either the mods folder [doesn't work] or somewhere else [might work, don't do it anyway]).

The bottom line is still that what "works" is to put .ZIP files into the Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods/ folder!

Well i have done it and i already and i have over 100 mods downloded when game was something like 0.3 so i think does it matter if it works and some of the vehicles are so old or the maker were stupid and its not possible to put them in the mods and if something goes wrong save your mods to somewhere and re install your game its not very hard and it doesnt cost extra money

    I've tried everything.
    I downloaded a scenario.
Then i put it in the mods folder and it didn't work so i moved it to levels and for some reason, it still didn't work.
