How to make level roads on mountains?

    How can I make a decal road that is on the edge of a mountain that is level? Whenever I make a road, it always goes with the terrain and I can't figure out how to keep the road level like this pic:

    Never mind, I forgot about the flatten tool! silly me.

    use the Set-Height tool instead
