How to move mods from C: drive to D: drive?

    I have a lot of mods, like 242 of them. I want to move them to my D: drive so I can free up some space on the C: drive. I don't know how I would do that while still having the game detect them. I didn't know which section of the forum I should post this in because it isn't really troubleshooting. But anyway, does anyone know how I could do this?
