How to post a mod of a car configuration?

I made a configuration of Gavril D-Series (One car) and how do I find it so i can post that as a mod?

Там находится .pc файл(это и есть конфиг)

 

You want to go to
Documents>BeamngDrive>vehicles(might be inside content folder idk)>pickup and the .PC file for it should be there

 

if your config uses modded parts please link them in the mod page
